The recent trip by Rob Jones your plant manager regarding the statement paper-feeding problem is an excellent example of Gaffey's professional problem solving.  The response to my request was immediate.  This problem was solved when Gaffey discovered old statement paper (not provided by Gaffey) caused the problem.

We purchased many posters from Gaffey at a very inexpensive price! The Gaffey staff was always easy to contact, and we had our posters completed and in our hands in less then a week!  We were able to fundraise a lot of money selling the posters!  The Lady Jackets look forward to working with Gaffey next year!

I would like to let you know what a wonderful job we feel that you have done on our printing orders.

Our tri-fold brochures look awesome. The color, pictures and text is exactly what we wanted. Your employees worked very hard on these for and with us to obtain all the information needed to produce these. Also the yard signs your company produced for us are very bright and are eye catchers. We do track our leads and we are having leads coming in from these signs. Again thank you for the wonderful products and all the hard work you and your employees put into each item we ask you to produce.

The pens look great! The water bottle labels look great! They are more professional than what I can print here. Thank you very much for your help with these projects.

We switched to Gaffey and Associates to print and store our supplies a few years ago.  It was the best switch we ever made!  The customer service at Gaffey is phenomenal!!  If we ever need anything, they are on top of it and will go the extra mile and not only find what we are looking for but will find alternatives too!

I would like to tell you how pleased I am with the order I placed with you for the travel bags for CoVantage Credit Union. Your customer service was exceptional. When I first started working with you, you seemed to understand what I was looking for and worked very hard to find exactly what I wanted in terms of size of bag, quality, style, and pricing. You sent me several samples and price quotes very quickly, and followed up with me each time. I never felt like you were pushy, just friendly and thorough by wanting to find the right bag that fit my needs.

Once I decided on a bag, you worked fast to get the order placed and sent me the proofs that I needed. I was also impressed with how conscience you were about my budget by letting me know how the size of my logo on the bag might affect my price. You even sent me a sample with the actual logo stitched on it, which I appreciated. The other thing that impressed me was how concerned you were on my shipping costs. I really felt like you were really working for me on getting the best shipping costs. I can’t say many vendors I’ve worked with before have even mentioned what I might pay for shipping let alone try to get me the best price on it! Usually when they sell me something, they act like once I sign the order for the item their work is done.

The quality of the bags was great. Gaffey had a really good selection to chose from, and the bag we finally chose seems very durable. Once I passed the bags out to our staff (it was an employee Christmas gift), they absolutely loved them! I have never gotten such great comments before.

I just wanted to take a moment and let you know how much I appreciate Jon, Scott and Jodi’s, willingness to go above and beyond for us. Gaffey was a tremendous help to me last week during our quarter. There is always an extra cycle or a need for more paper, and you always bring what we need when we are in a pinch. It is difficult to keep enough supplies on hand during our quarter end, and Jon and Scott always step up and help when we need them to.

Jodi is always on the ball and ready to give us a hand whenever I need her to help me get the supplies I need. You have an excellent staff. I have spoken to many people in the office and they are always helpful. I work with Jon, Scott, and Jodi on a weekly basis and they are outstanding!

I just wanted to send a thank you note and also want to commend you all for your wonderful service.  I had been planning a large family reunion for about a year, but at the last minute, I decided I wanted to give everyone a special commemoration of the event.  I called Gaffey Associates on 07-19-07 to find out the feasibility of having personalized coffee mugs delivered by 07-28-07.  They immediately set out to provide the service. 

They worked to find a company near me here in Golden Colorado to get the job done.  They not only provided friendly and efficient service, but they gave their personal advice on the best looking coffee cups.  To make a long story short, the mugs were finished on 07-27-07 and when we picked them up, we were delighted with result.   Everyone at the reunion raved about the mugs.  A special thank you to Gaffey for your fast, efficient, and friendly service.
