ADDITIONAL CHARGES

• CUSTOMER (INK) IMPRINT - add $10.00 per M per color.  Imprinting may be in red, green, blue or black ink.
• PLATE CHARGE - add $9.00 for each new plate.
• FOIL IMPRINTING - add $23.50 per M.  Foil imprint may be in either gold, silver or white.
• FOIL DIE CHARGE - add $24.00 for each new die.
• FOR PMS COLOR MATCH - add $28.00.
• FOR NON-CAMERA READY ART - add $35.00.
• FOR CHANGING IMPRINT COLORS - add $15.00 per change.
• DISPLAY CARD - $1.75 EACH.
• 500 UNIT ORDERS - add $26.00 to the price per M price, then divide by 2.
• 250 UNIT ORDERS - add $80.00 to the price per M price, then divide by 4.
• 100 UNIT ORDERS - add $250.00 to the price per M price, then divide by 10.
